Cancellations & Returns

European orders have a 14-day right of return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you should contact us at info@logiqshake.com to let us know you wish to make a return.
Important: You must ship the purchased items no later than 14 days after you received it, from day 15 and forward you are not eligible to return the item if you regret your purchase.

The return fee applies to the sender and sender is also responsible for the delivery to us, we strongly recommend you to keep the receipt to prove the date of shipping and to ship the package carefully and with tracking id. If the package is lost and not being delivered to us, we can not make a refund.

If you wish to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, you must pick it up at your delivery service center or accept delivery and send it back to us. If you will not pick it up, an administrative charge and return shipment charge will apply to the buyer (currently 299:- SEK)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please expect up to 10 days for bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
